I woke up bright and early for the Australian band exchange. I wasn't exactly feeling very happy. I mean, who will when you are required to report before 7.45 am? They cut short my beauty sleep! ]:
Anyway, the band quickly set up and prepared to play the pieces as our exchange mtes walk into the band room. We played four pieces and they play way more tahn that. They showcased their concert band and jazz ensemble. A jazz one! Omfg. How cool is that? I loved the Jazz ensemble, they rocked the room. Jane was awesome with her singing, and so was Nick Parker. He was so - AHHH, mega awesomeness. I was thinking, they must be like the china mates who came, quiet and reserved. But nooooo, they were hella fun. xD
Lucky us, we got the most active team, the jazz ensemble. Due to the small number of people they have, the tubas stuck with the percussion. w00ts. Thank god. If not, I think it would have been boring. Leith(If his name is spelt this way), commented on how huge our school was. Compared to their school, ours' is like a peanut. They were so amazed at the fact we had a rock wall and a shooting range. Lmao. Leith was like- I wanna join tooooooooooo! XD Jamie was like- They have a shooting team! Ah! XD He's so cute. After touring all around, we went back to the band room. Oh yeah, we took pictures too! [: Shall post them if Jane sends them to me.
Anyway, we played that Tempo game. I didn't even know how to play, but its really similiar to teh one Suju played before! ;D Anyway, it was really confusing so Jane and Leith taught us another game. Bang Bang! W00ts, that's so fun. Chad was so funny too. The other members from their band joined the game too. Everyone had so much fun. Well, at least i did. [:
They went back to the chalet. Aw. But I am going to meet up with Jane, Leith, Jamie and the rest tmr with Shona and teh percussion section! [: W00ts!
Btw, to guys out there:
If you have gorgeous dark hair, deep brown eyes, beautiful brows and of Australian descent, stay away from YiYing! AHHHH. Poor Nick. ;D
