The first day of a brand new semester. New chapters to study, new teachers, new tables and hopefully new and better grades. ;D Ah, when I distinctively heard crows yapping in the morning, I knew the waking up late part wasn't bad enough.
And so, rushing with my blouse hanging out, grabbing my thick books, tying my hair into a messy ponytail and stuffing my breakfast into my bag. That's how my first day of the school semester began. Wow, fascinating.
Being the usual stickler for punctuality, I ended up reaching school the normal time I would have been. I still had the time to catch up with my friends at the parade square. Ah, what a moron I am.
As is waking up with a start wasn't bad enough, my chinese teacher announced that my 'o' lvls chinese oral examination will take place next week, practically with sheer delight(not to mention a tinge of evil) Oh wow, this is gonna be interesting. I can handle english, but when it comes to Chinese, ah well, I must as well go and jump off a building while reciting Tang poems. Hello? Chinese? That is so not in my "Subjects that Cheryl is good at" header. Oh wait, I never had any good ones. Bah.
I totally forgot we had a performance today. It was pretty cool, except for the pathetic attempts at trying to make the audience laugh. Bah. Yeah, overall it was great. ;D
What more surprises could come my way? Good ones, i hope.
The feeling comes a full circle once more.
